20×TBS试剂组成（1L）
1M Tris-HCl pH7.5  200ml
NaCl              176g

使用时，可以取50ml 20×TBS 溶液，用双蒸水定溶到1L，加入0.5ml-1ml吐温20，混匀。即可用于Western blotting时膜的清洗。
